Yoga has helped me untangle the knots of people-pleasing as much as it has helped my physical strength and flexibility. Not only yoga poses on a mat, but as a practice of kindness.

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned in my messy and magical personal carpet ride over the past 25 years and translated it into a digestible and effective online community.

And if I may be bold, the quality of space-holding and teaching here are unmatched. There are lots of good teachers. There are fewer great teachers. I humbly put the teachers of It's All Yoga in the exceptional category.

  • When you join, you’ll have immediate access to over 100 videos in the virtual sanctuary, so you can get on the mat right away. Yoga and Strength + Stretch classes range from gentle to active and vary in length from 20 to 90 minutes on topics like Taking Care of Your Neck and Getting Grounded. You'll also be able to view the seasonal wellness guides complete with simple Ayurvedic health tips and recipes. And you be invited to all upcoming live classes and get to connect with other women in the private community.

  • As a member, you are VIP! Upon joining, you can schedule a 30 minute private session with me to discuss your interests and questions. After that, you can schedule a personal check in me anytime. Additionally, you'll receive 10% off my workshops and events.

  • There are 6 live, virtual classes a week. Three weekly classes with me, one monthly class with me, and three classes with other seasoned teachers. Special in-person workshops may be scheduled outside of membership, and you get 10% off of those.

  • There's no "required" time commitment from you. The practices and programs are all available anytime you want them.

    Just like you don't feel like you need to read all the books in the library just because you have a library card, you don't need to watch or take all the classes here.

    The beauty of being a member is you can access what works for you when you want it. That said, consistency of practice will yield the most benefit and several short practices each week are better than one long one. Let your practice be something you turn to as a way to show love to yourself.

    The wonderful thing is that as long as you are a member, you will have ongoing access. So you can spend as little or as much time as you need. The weekly classes are scheduled and recorded, so you can make room in your calendar for those in advance, but recordings are always available for you to watch at your convenience. But remember: the real shifts occur when you’re out living your life and applying what you’re learning.

  • If you are under a doctor’s care, it’s best to get an ok to get back to physical activities. There are gentle practices and meditations here that can be supportive no matter your physical condition. We can discuss this in our 1:1 session (scheduled upon sign up).

  • You can’t be too anything to do yoga. There are no pre-requisites, no requirements. You can be any size, shape, fitness level, experience level, belief affiliation, or anything else. Yoga is for everyone, not just those who are already fit, flexible or familiar with the practice. At It’s All Yoga, we encourage you to approach yoga with an open mind and heart. We think you’ll find that the physical poses are just the beginning of how yoga can lead to increased health and wellness in your body and mind. Try it out and see.

  • There's a saying the "yoga cures what ails you." While that's a big claim, I can say that I've seen members sleep better, get measurably stronger and have more enjoyment in their other activities like hiking, gardening, cycling and playing with little ones because their bodies are more balanced overall.

    And when we feel better in our bodies, we treat ourselves better in all the other ways, too. Using the seasonal guides, members love the recipes and tips for staying healthy during seasonal transitions.

    Lastly, while it's hard to measure, the most common thing I hear is how being a member is a reminder to care for oneself. Over the past couple of years, I've heard a lot of women say they've gotten out of touch with themselves. That they have not been taking the time to get quiet, take time for themselves and settle into their bodies. Do you relate?
