After the Back to Basics 4-week series, you will be clear on the alignment of the most common yoga poses, as well as options to accommodate injuries or ability.

A consistent yoga practice starts with understanding the basics. Having a strong foundation will help you enjoy your practice, be consistent and stay safe.
The 4-week series includes:
4 Saturday classes covering foundational yoga poses and principles
Recordings of the classes so you can re/watch
Small group with time for questions and individual attention
Pose notes and sequence suggestions for the poses covered
Email support for the month
