Autumn Abundance
Daylong Retreat

Celebrating Womanhood:
The Pelvic Portal

An In-Person Daylong Retreat
September 21st, 10-4 pm; $199
with Michelle Marlahan & Kim Wagaman

Reconnect with yourself, and the wealth of what lies beneath the surface of your life, in a safe, intimate setting where you’ll be supported and nourished in body, heart, and mind for a deeply soulful, embodied experience.

This retreat is for you if you want:

  • more connection, creativity, possibility, and joy in your life

  • more freedom, fluidity, balance, and stability in body and being

  • to gain understanding of the pelvic bowl and it’s relationship to our well-being

  • embodied anatomy, yoga asana, breath exploration, visualization

  • intimate connection and self-expression

Please join us for Autumn Abundance in the Pelvic Portal: a sacred day of retreat, self-love and discovery.

What to expect:

A slow and sacred day that begins with an opening circle, anatomical learning and embodied exploration; movement will be appropriate for all levels.

We’ll have a delicious lunch — seasonally appropriate, organic, vegan and made with love.

We’ll follow lunch with a restful and reflective time, leading to nourishing connection with others.

In the afternoon we’ll step into creative expression in the making of mandalas. You don’t need to be an artist to receive insight and opening from this practice (it’s far less about the art itself, and more about the journey and connection that comes through the process).

We’ll close the day with a restorative practice and closing circle.

At the end of this day, you will feel more fluid, spacious, stable and present.

You will have tapped into your own creativity and intuition.

You will take with you integrated access to your core support and sense of Self.

Meet Your Teachers

Michelle has taught yoga for over 25 years. She welcomes fellow students to a blend of strength training and yoga to help us feel strong and supple in our bodies and have energy for the things we love. The foundation of her teaching is kindness, curiosity and awe. All parts of you are welcome here — come as you are.

Kim has been teaching yoga since 2006 and owns and operates EPIC Revolution, a social/relational group support for neurodivergent teens, adults, and their caregivers.  Her teaching emphasizes presence and kindness as gateways to self-awareness and acceptance - the ground for authentic transformation.  She relishes nature, poetry, all things music, and authentic, embodied being and connection.

Kim and Michelle have been soul sisters for almost 20 years, nourishing spiritual friendship through yoga, laughter, music, poetry and nature. We are excited to share this special retreat day with you.
