The Maybe Someday List

We all have one.

That list of things you want to do but have been putting off way too long. I call it the “Someday Maybe” list.

Here's what most of my clients' lists look like:

  • Exercise more. Get more sleep.

  • Stop saying Yes when I mean No.

  • Stop over-filling my schedule and feeling so "busy."

  • Make time for myself -- read a book, take a trip -- rather than just taking care of everyone else.

And then there are the really big things...

  • Actually consider that big life transition like job change or move.

  • Leave a dysfunctional relationship.

  • Deal with that resentment, anger or old hurt.

  • Stop compartmentalizing feelings of grief or anxiety, pretending like everything is fine.

I know these lists well myself, because this used to be similar to my own “Someday Maybe” list.

For the longest time, I was a classic codependent - only ok in myself if everyone around me was ok first (that's exhausting). Totally overwhelmed by my exquisitely sensitive system.

So...what finally helped me break through?

Two things: my yoga practice and personal coaching.

I've created thriving yoga communities for the past 20+ years. The mindbody practice of yoga as well as being connected to others with similar values has been so healing.

I've also taken three coaching programs and work now as a Transformational Facilitator as a Sacred Depths coach.

What does that mean?

Well, I help people navigate the deep corners of human experience and explore unknown territory in their lives with grounded presence and confidence.

At the core, I am a masterful spaceholder. I am a guide in the depths. I pull from 20 years of serious study of somatics (the mind-body connection) and an extensive knowledge of sacred psychology and mythology.

Now with even more tools like Rewiring a Thought Pattern, Befriending Your Fear, Making Your Body a Safer Place and Getting Off the Wheel of Sabotage, I am excited to work with more people.

So if one of the things on your "Maybe Someday" list is:

  • making friends with that difficult emotion you'd rather not have (jealousy, anger, resentment)

  • finally doing that thing you've dreamt of but haven't because of fear

  • treating your body well (maybe even learning acceptance and love)

  • getting a handle on your perfectionism, procrastination, self-sabotage or imposter voice...

I am here for you.

And you are the reason I created the Well Woman Call.

It’s a chance for you and me to hop on a video call for 45 minutes so I can personally help you identify 1-2 steps that will help you reach your inner and/or outer goals. By the end you’ll have simple, personalized ideas that will help you feel even more confident in your own process.

Reach back to me here and we'll set it up.

Let’s make your “someday maybe” happen now.

As I often say, my deepest wish is for you to have your own back and hold all parts of yourself as sacred and worthy. It would be an honor to support you there.

With love,
